Virtual Sessions & Meetings
All virtual sessions are non-refundable once an appointment is scheduled. Customers are able to reschedule if there is more than 48 hours left before their scheduled appointment up to two times. If they fail to reschedule within that time frame, they will have to book an entirely new reading. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notifying us beforehand, the session will be forfeited and a new appointment must be made.
Digital Products
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed. Customers are held responsible for any errors that may have been made when ordering their product if they do not contact us before work on the order begins. For any corrections, we have the right to charge a fee. Please contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Payment Plans
By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments in full. If a payment fails or remains unpaid, access to the course materials, live sessions, and community space may be paused or revoked until the balance is resolved. Please note that payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled once enrolled. You are responsible for completing the full payment agreement regardless of participation level or course completion. Participants with unresolved balances may be ineligible for future enrollments, programs, sessions, or community offerings until the account is brought current.
If you experience financial hardship or issues with your payment method, please reach out as soon as possible so we can discuss next steps together. By enrolling into any payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
