Beneath a career as a pharmacist, a stable relationship, and a life that looked responsible and put-together, I was held together by sheer effort and quietly falling apart internally. I had multiple near-death experiences that I hadn't processed. I had Lyme disease, PCOS, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety — and over a decade of severe, debilitating pain on the left side of my body that no one could fully explain.
What I didn't understand yet was that the illness wasn't separate from the way I was living. The disconnection, the striving to prove something, the faking of a life I'd outgrown long ago — my body was speaking in the only language I hadn't learned to hear yet. And it was the clearest signal I had.
What followed wasn't a clean or overnight transformation. It was a complete unraveling and rebuilding of my life over a year — leaving my career as a pharmacist after 9 years, transforming my relationships, and healing my chronic pain. I finally reconnected to the parts of myself I'd spent a lifetime trying to forget. And I did it through listening to my symptoms, not by going around them.
I didn’t come to this work because I was curious. I came to it because my body made it clear that what I was living could not continue through years of physical, mental, and emotional pain and self-abandonment. Ultimately, this taught me something I couldn’t unlearn:
survival can look functional for a long time, and our resilience can actually become one of the biggest blocks in transforming our lives.
I’m not interested in helping people cope with successful lives that quietly destroy them and their health.
I’m here for those who are willing to feel what’s happening in their bodies, their patterns, their relationships — and let their lives transform from there. I'll be there, guiding you through the process.
Together, we'll explore how identity, nervous system patterns, illness, creativity, and purpose intertwine. And in doing so, we'll learn to create the causes and conditions for your life to move in a more authentic direction – one that only you can uniquely express.
I work as an intuitive mentor, somatic guide, and practitioner for people seeking deep, embodied transformation — yet all I'm really doing is helping you listen to what your body has been telling you all along.
I have a bachelor’s degree in English Literature (Victorian & Romantic) and a doctorate in Pharmacy.
A portion of my work directly supports domestic violence recovery and animal welfare — causes that are deeply personal for me.
I attend yearly silent meditation retreats and spend 10-20 days a year devoted to complete silence.
I was born in Shiraz, Iran and moved to America when I was six years old.
I've been an ethical vegan since 2018. I'd love to own an animal sanctuary someday.
My favorite author is John Steinbeck and my favorite poets are Rilke and Rumi.
I’m deeply curious about identity, transitions, and how people actually change.
I prioritize honesty over predictability. If my understanding changes, I'm never afraid to say it. Truth matters more to me than maintaining a consistent image.
I only teach what I've lived, felt, and integrated. Insight means little to me if it hasn't passed through the body and changed how I live.
Growth requires curiosity, flexibility, and the willingness to revise what isn't working anymore. My work exists to support real embodied change, not fixed answers.
I don't position myself as an authority to follow, but as a reflection for your own knowing. The goal is self-trust, not reliance on me or any system.

...and the epitome of a whole outlook on life. That I feed the hungry, that I forgive an insult, that I love my enemy — all these are undoubtedly great virtues. But what if I should discover that the least among them all, the poorest of all the beggars, the most impudent of all the offenders, the very enemy himself — that these are within me, and that I myself stand in need of the alms of my own kindness — that I myself am the enemy who must be loved — what then?"
- Carl g. Jung
You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall.
This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed.”
- Terence McKenna
If you have to get something off your chest, there is nothing better than having a Projector in front of you, even if they’re not listening, because it feels like they’re right there. It feels like they’re there for you.
You have their whole energy focus."
