You keep telling yourself you'll come back to what you really want when life settles down.
But years are passing, and life isn't slowing down.
And the longer you wait, the more normal it becomes in your system to live without the part of you that actually makes you feel alive. Connected. Fulfilled.
Maybe you've even forgotten what that feels like.
Maybe everything you do now has to justify itself -- make money, build your brand, be useful, be good enough to show someone.
You've spent so long becoming competent at your life that you've forgotten what it feels like to be surprised by yourself.
You keep consuming other people's work, admiring their courage to truly express themselves... while you quietly grieve and expression that's holed up inside of you. The things you aren't making. The words you aren't saying.
You're so afraid of being seen and misunderstood that you're not moving toward your dreams.
And the scariest part about this is that right now, it may seem like not a huge deal. It's okay to be blocked in this moment. But you know that another five years could easily pass that look and feel exactly like this.
So here's the thing.
You don't need more ideas. And you don't need to wait until you have more time, energy, permission, or money. You only need to stop abandoning the expressions that are trying to come through you right now. Because you won't lose the ideas.
You start believing that you can't actually do it. But you can. Just like I did, and just like past participants in Creative Rewilding have.
You've become very good at knowing yourself through the person you've already been. CRW gives you ten weeks to discover what happens when you stop automatically obeying her rules.
It can move you back into what it feels like to be you again.
She really knows her stuff. I had an astrology reading, which was kick ass, as well as a Reiki Session with Jazz, which was remarkable. She's really down to earth and a real joy to talk to. Be ready to dive into your self-gnosis. Jazz's approach is kind, helpful and enlightening.

Her ability to listen deeply and to creatively alchemize various esoteric energy systems as well as contemplative, psychological and somatic healing modalities into an engaging, inspiring & empowering healing session is beautiful! Being so deeply, seen and heard has been invaluable on my inward journey of self-discovery, healing, & soul growth.

Capacity + Regulation
You’ll learn how your nervous system responds when it’s time to show up and how to stay with it instead of shutting down or avoiding.
Action + Momentum
This is where movement becomes consistent. You’ll learn how to work with your natural energy patterns (Human Design + Mars) so action doesn’t rely on force or bursts of motivation.
Structure, Sustainability, and Receiving
You’ll build a structure that actually supports you rather than something you resist or abandon. We look at what makes your process feel worth continuing and how to create rhythms that increase follow-through.
Visibility + Identity
You’ll begin sharing what you’ve created and working with the internal shifts that come with being seen. Using your Human Design profile, we explore how visibility reshapes your identity and how to stay grounded in yourself.
We'll meet after our one month of integration to reflect, integrate through somatics, and connect by sharing our projects and experiences. We'll talk about next steps and what comes after a rewilding of the mind, body, soul.
Live Creative Practice Sessions
A total of THREE 75-minute live co-working sessions in between sessions complete with a guided somatic meditation and a group discussion.
Connect with community, tune into the body, and get sh*t done together.
Supported Integration Month Between Week 5 & 6 Live Calls
Put it all into action before coming back. Receive content prompts every week + reflection theme to start experimenting with everything you've already learned before we meet for our final week.
All live calls are recorded and uploaded to the portal.
Each live call includes at least one guided somatic practice.
Choose + Cut (Commitment)
You’ll choose one direction and cut the rest, at least for now. This week is about ending the loop of indecision and starting something that you're willing to see through. Somatic shadow reveals what's keeping us stuck.
We'll be meeting halfway through the Creative Rewilding experiment to reconnect and see how it's going. We'll work through any blocks in real time with a guided somatic practice.

I tend to shy away from sharing my work but being with others and taking this course I felt suddenly understood and visible and craved getting my work out there- surpassing my need for perfection and just wanting to be raw and untamed again. This immersion helped me see that I need to write for me and NOT to write in order to be understood. I trust that my writing doesn't have to be for others, it can be just for me, that's enough, that's a gift. You are a breath of fresh air to me, I look forward to hearing your knowledge. You are a blessing to this world.

I feel greater confidence in showing up in my own individual "quirkiness" with (somewhat) less need for validation. The shift that it's less about completion and connecting to increasing CAPACITY was / is a brilliant key to now hold!

I purposefully did not edit any of my work and shared a piece I'd written that way. I also did my line 6 exercise of "letting others seeing where I am" in progress, which was a bit nerve-wracking, so I used a somatic practice and then went on with it. It felt great after! I realized that I can let myself trust a lot more! I've already been consciously working on my intense Capricorn energies and now I can redirect the energy in the right direction without fearing that I'll get caught in a trap again.
It's less about the creative output and more about the internal landscape of what's going on as we are creating. I was surprised that as the course went on, I became more drawn to recording myself playing improvised music, rather than finishing the project I originally set my sights on. I feel like the somatic work is still new to me, and so I'm working on integrating the uncomfortable sensations in my body. I was proud of how much I participated in the group during the session, and I was surprised that I took the initiative to host a co-working session.

I never felt like they could meet me at my depth. Jazz is the first person I've encountered in this space who felt completely right to work with. She's the real deal. This session has helped me in so many ways and I'm already integrating so much of it. I'm grateful I waited because this was exactly the type of session I was wanting.
in reference to some of my work, and not only mean it but feel comfortable saying it. I didn't think I was capable of consistency - its been a chronic shortcoming my whole life. But it turns out that showing up consistently for oneself and in the world feels good. Consistency also helped build some self trust that I was lacking before. I had the breakthrough realization that its not writing that I find uncomfortable, its knowing that most of it is going to suck and slowly building capacity to be okay with that.

I especially found the balance (masculine/feminine) information to be new and relevant to my situation, as well as my heretofore unknown extreme fear of being seen (I didn't realize that what I was feeling was that). Other key insights include the upside-down world revelations about clarity COMING FROM commitment and action BUILDING safety! I now often feel safety instead of panic, which is completely new to me as an adult. This allows me to enjoy what I'm doing and the product is good (which makes me happy)

I felt and experienced how to making my body trust me again. It is important to improve my capacity and to honor my cycles of having energy and the need to recharge/ relax. I understood that but the embodiment is still on my to do list. ;-) It was a relief to hear that as a 6/2 I do not have constant energy. It helps me to accept this and stop beating myself up because I can no longer can keep up with the speed of the world.

The process is deeper, its personal...creating for creation sake is enough. Then there is the setting of the alarm and committing to the vision, time after time.

... rather than fight yourself to free up the energy needed to fully express yourself in the world. I don't think I necessarily had patterns become more visible, but I do feel like I'm relating to them in a new way. Going through the astrology and HD material made more apparent how certain patterns I'd noticed in myself actually reflect a blueprint I was only vaguely aware of.

I’ve started to flex my “satisfaction” muscle more, and when I feel stuck in frustration, I take a break and come back to my body. Every time we used our charts, to learned more about how we operate, was very helpful in making changes to my thoughts and behaviors.
I have started offering yoga classes to groups of friends and suddenly I am assisting my head teach at the yoga school, with the idea that I will teach the afternoon classes .

I had the realization that my capacity is just…completely blown out right now. My chronic migraines and dizziness are a reflection of that. The only way to “fix” it is to get quiet, get slow, and sit with it. I can’t just keep going past it—I have to continue WITH it. I don’t know a lot about astrology or human design, so it’s given me some new modalities to relate to and explore with on my creative journey.

I witnessed folks struggle with visibility and vulnerability and nervous system responses. That witnessing gave me space to reflect and realize 1. I'm not alone, 2. I actually have tools to support moving through challenging emotions/moments. This is a space where folks join under a unified concept to step into our authentic expressions and gifts and share those parts of ourselves with each other and the world. It is a tribe of like-hearted folks hungry to be seen and heard for our gifts and presence.
But if your body associates those with danger, you'll find yourself holding back every time.
Almost doing the thing.
Almost saying what you want.
Almost creating the things you want to create.
Finding reasons to not do things.
Not enough time. Money. Capacity.
So you shrink. Because you think that will decrease your overwhelm.
And you'll do it later when you have more capacity, time, and money.
But every time you do that, you are telling yourself that you need to make your life smaller so it can be tolerable.
Do you feel the difference?
Most creativity programs don't teach you how to expand your life within your current body, and that's why this isn't like most creativity programs. It's guiding you through transformation and giving you the tools to actually do it.
I know you may be used to trying to figure your life out alone.
But you don't have to figure this out alone.
Let's do it together.
Several things. Most creativity expression containers do one of two things – too much teaching and not enough focus on execution or promote hustle culture and overriding the body for optimal performance. This container is about execution without self-abandonment and it uses somatics, astrology, Human Design, and shadow work during the process to guide us into a different relationship with our bodies, our creativity, and our expression. Also, all the practices we discuss are personalized to your design. For example, a Projector will get different advice than a generator – so you can start actually working with your design, not against it.
Before you decide, notice what happens in your body when you imagine saying yes. And notice what happens when you imagine saying no.
Now, not every feeling of hesitation is fear and not every fear means you shouldn't move toward something. The work is learning to know the difference in your own body. And ironically, CRW helps you learn how to discern that.
I don't want you here because I convinced you. I want you here because something in you recognizes that it's time to participate differently in your life.
No. If you don’t make time for your creative self-expression and body, you’ll be in the same spot you are now in 6 months. In a year. Ask yourself: what can I adapt in my life so I can show up for 3-5 hours a week, just for the next 5 weeks? You don't need to attend live for the full experience, all calls are recorded. And that's why I've created a community space for reflections, questions, discussions in between calls, as well as live co-working sessions.
I offer payment plants to ease some of this discomfort. This immersion is a meaningful investment, and I get that. Obviously, I think it's worth it because of what I've seen it do for myself and others. And I know how important it is to stop waiting for your life to begin. But back to you.
What I would invite you to notice is what the decision brings up. Is it genuinely not financially appropriate right now, even with a payment plan? Is it more fear? Is it uncertainty about whether you'll actually show up for yourself? Something else?
Because truly, I can't answer this for you. That's part of the work: learning to tell the difference between a genuine no and the protective patterns that have been making decisions for you in your life. This is what we learn how to do in CRW too.
By the time we begin, having at least a few broad ideas is necessary – we can refine it during week one together. Remember, this isn't just about creating something. And it's not about creating the ONE thing that will define your entire life. It's learning how to stay present in the body long enough for something to become visible from the inside out.
A guide, mentor, and creative devoted to embodied truth and wild expression.
My work comes from living my own creative rewilding – a process of reawakening expression after decades of holding it all in. That resulted in a myriad of physical and mental illness, pain, and a feeling that something important was missing from my life. Like many of the people I work with, my creative and intuitive truth was buried under years of conditioning, responsibility, and pressure to become who I thought I should be. Through this work, I learned how to listen to my body instead of overriding it, heal my chronic ailments through creative expression – and learned to actually feel safe expressing myself authentically. This had led me deeper into feeling into becoming a co-creator with the flow of life, and has affected not just my creativity but money, my relationships, and my health.
As a 3/5 Emotional Projector, my path has been messy as hell. And my goal isn't to make yours pristine and perfect, but to make it less frustrating. Less confusing. And less like you're in this alone. Living a creative life doesn't begin when you sit down to create something. It's learning to how to be in the flow of life all the time. I'd love to teach you how.
A portion of all my work supports local domestic violence recovery and animal welfare — causes that are deeply personal for me.
